Hi, my name is Teddy Joseph Professional Football Player and Fitness Expert. Throughout my life I have been extremely active with sports and recreational activities. I have participated in sports including football, basketball, track and field, and even wrestling. I have played football and basketball at the collegiate level and received numerous honors and awards. Though I am very experienced in living an active and healthy lifestyle, in 2011 I was forced to gain a substantial amount of weight and bulk in order to reduce the risk of injury while playing quarterback at the college level. After my time playing college football, I vowed to loose weight, maintain healthy eating habits, and develop my body to peak fitness levels.
