Make sure you are consuming half your body weight in ounces of water on a daily basis. Add one more bottle of water if you are a coffee drinker. Make sure to stay hydrated before and after workout and replace electrolytes with an electrolyte replacement drink. Portions: Make sure that you weigh out your meats and only have 3-4 oz. per serving. Veggie portions: veggies are UNLIMITED. If you find yourself hungry I would like for you to eat more veggies.
